Your Journey Into Vedic Meditation

The course unfolds across four carefully structured sessions, each building on the last. Each session is approximately 90 minutes.

No experience is necessary. Vedic Meditation is designed for complete beginners. Simone will guide you through every step, from receiving your personal mantra to establishing a comfortable daily practice.

Each meditation session takes just 20 minutes. You practise twice a day — once in the morning and once in the afternoon or early evening. It fits easily into even the busiest schedules.

A mantra is a specific sound given to you personally by Simone during your initiation. It has no meaning — it’s chosen for its vibrational quality and its ability to help the mind settle effortlessly into a state of deep rest.

Both options are available. Simone offers the full course online as well as in-person, so you can choose the format that suits your lifestyle and location.
